Chauffeur Drive | Policy
BOOKING A LIMOUSINE

  1. When a person books a limousine, it includes a chauffeur and a vehicle.

  2. In Singapore, a limousine usually refers to Mercedes Benz (MB) E and S class cars. BMWs and Jaguar cars are possible to rent but extremely rare due to the Asian preference for MB cars. Here, stretch limousines (Cadillac and Lincoln) are impossible to find since Singapore only allows right-hand drive vehicles.


Limousine jobs are differentiated between ‘Transfer’ and ‘Disposal’.
  1. ‘Transfer’ refers to a pickup by our chauffeur to drive you from Point A to Point B. It could be a trip to a shopping centre or an office block or even a pickup to and from the airport.

    Frequent travelers know that every airport is unique. Therefore, C&P has created a fixed-rate Airport Service to offer you consistent quality you can depend on. C&P chauffeurs are trained to maintain intimate familiarity with the layout, logistical details and surrounding traffic patterns at Changi airport they serve. Additionally, the chauffeur stays in constant contact via mobile phone with our operations - eliminating every potential problem associated with getting you to or from your flight.

    In addition, if you require meet and greet services, just put a request in your fax and we will arrange for our partners to send an airport representative to meet and escort you to your car and driver. We can even accompany your meet and greet services with a flower garland or a bouquet of flowers, with extra charge of course. This uniquely personal service saves you precious minutes otherwise wasted in the airport.


  2. ‘Disposal’ refers to having your car and chauffeur ready at your DISPOSAL. You can get the chauffeur to bring you anywhere you want for food, shopping, tours, meetings etc. Having the car at your convenience may mean paying a little more but what is that compared to the convenience you will enjoy.

  2. Operates and owns the largest fleet of WHITE color limousines in Singapore. This includes many Toyota Camrys, Mercedes Benz E Class, S Class and 9, 13, 15, 19 and 44 Seater Mini Buses and Coaches.

  3. All Mercedes Benz E and S class vehicles are equipped with luggage protectors to ensure that even your luggage and belongings enjoy first class travel. In addition, some of these vehicles also have rear side window blinds to ensure that your guests at the rear passenger seat are shielded from the sweltering sun and provide a certain level of privacy.

  4. All vehicles are equipped with paging boards to allow us to be more visible so that your distinguished guests will not be able to miss us at the airport arrival hall.

  5. Box trucks with and without power tail gates of all sizes (10ft and 14ft) and even Prime Movers with 20ft and 40ft Trailers are available from our sister companies or partners on request.

  6. 24 hour breakdown service that is provided by Automobile Association of Singapore (AAS). A guaranteed one hour response time anywhere within Singapore island.


General

  1. Rates include hire of vehicle, insurance, maintenance, fuel costs, service of the chauffeur, parking and unlimited mileage. Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) and any toll fees (applicable for Malaysia usage only) shall be borne by the hirer.

  2. For “No Show’ of Customer, the full Transfer or Disposal rate shall apply.

  3. Any delay exceeding half hour from the requested pick-up time for Transfer jobs, the delay shall be chargeable at the hourly rate, rounded off to the nearest hour.

  4. Additional Stop (allowable for along the main route to destination) will be chargeable at $10.00 per additional stop (maximum 2 Stops)

  5. For hourly rates exceeding 8 or 16 package rates, the vertical rates in Blue beside the package rates shall apply.

  6. All chauffeurs are dressed in White shirts, Black pants, Grey Tie and our corporate tie pin.

  7. For MICE events, event organizer must ensure that adequate complimentary parking is provided for the cars requested. Otherwise, hirer shall pay for any parking or passes required.


Manpower Hire Only

  1. Additional project coordinators can be requested to man operational points or logistic desks. Charges are $30 an hour. Rates are inclusive of meals and allowances. A minimum charge of 5 hours will be levied for every coordinator requested.

  2. Chauffeurs can be hired on an ad hoc basis at $25 per hour to drive a wedding vehicle, drive your bosses’ car when the chauffeur is sick or even to valet cars during a funeral procession or any big event. A minimum charge of 5 hours is required.

  3. Traffic marshals for crowd and traffic control is charged at $20 per hour. A minimum charge of 5 hours is required.

  4. Please provide 3 days notice for us to tailor a solution to your requests.


Airport Meeting Services

  1. Airport Meeting Services can be arranged through C&P but hirer will be charged based on the table below.

  2. Special requests to receive guests with bouquet of flowers or flower garlands can be arranged. Arrival from 0700 – 2300 hrs, $42.80nett per pax

  3. Surcharge of $21.40nett (per service staff) applies on top of regular charges between 2301 hrs to 2330 hrs

  4. Surcharge of $26.75nett (per service staff) applies on top of regular charges between 2331 hrs to 0730 hrs

Penalties for Cancellations

  1. Passengers will be met and greeted at the entrance of the aerobridge bearing Passenger name on paging board. They will then be escorted to the Arrival Hall Passenger Lounge for immigration clearance, baggage claim and custom sheck. Upon clearance at the customs, our staff will call the driver to prepare for pick-up till the passengers are being received by the driver.

  2. All above charges are based on individual flight and individual name.

  3. All charges will be charged accordingly if there is “NO SHOW” from passengers.

  4. In an event of cancellation and no advice is given or notification to us, related charges for meet and greet service will be imposed accordingly.



  5. Penalties for Cancellations

  1. A cancellation fee will be imposed for any cancellations 12 hours before the job is performed

  2. For Transfer: One Way Transfer

  3. For Disposal: Minimum 3 hours Disposal or 50% of the initial order if it is on project basis

  4. For Transfer jobs at WTC, Seletar Airport and VIP Complex, a minimum of 3 hours charge will be applicable

  1. Overland Allowance. Any jobs that requires more than 24 hours will have to include a meal and lodging allowance that will be borne by the hirer. This is charged at RM$150 per day.

  2. The above table illustrates the minimum number of hours charged to the Hotel guest to visit the various Malaysian locations

  3. All toll charges incurred will be charged separately to the Hotel guest
